    1. How many amps do I need to get the full output from my charger?

      Answer: You can generally multiply your amperage by 0.6 to determine how many kilowatts you can get from the charger.

    2. Can the charger be left outside?

      Answer: Yes, the charger is weatherproof and can withstand temperatures ranging from -30 degrees to 50 degrees Celsius.

    3. Can I adjust the charger if the power supply to the charger is insufficient?

      Answer: Yes, it’s no problem to reduce the current all the way down to 16 amps, but then charging will be very slow—about 11–12 kW per hour.
